Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Also contained in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a key identifying various areas of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.

Further documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
